What do you want, the housing or the inserts?
Nobody knows who was the suplier of this parts when new, it is possible that there were different suplier to Reinzhagen the manufacturer of the cable trees. This part is now only available from an old damaged cable tree where this part ist still usable.

OK, but you need a special tool, looks like a half opened Cylinder, a Cylinder with a slit to pull the old inserts out. Otherwise you will damage both, the housing and the insert. I remember I once wrote with a person working at Delphi, a supplier of Connectors for automotive and I think I remember that Delphi was the supplier for this inserts.
